Bucks Superstar Giannis Antetokoumpo went down early in the 3rd quarter of last night's Eastern Conference Finals game against the Atlanta Hawks with what appeared to be a (very) hyperextended knee.

Giannis returned to the bench following the injury but was soon ruled out for the remainder of the contest. Following the game, it was reported that Antetokoumpo would undergo further imaging on his knee to assess any potential structural damage.

It now appears that the Bucks organization fears the worst, as there are reportedly murmurs within the organization of a severe ACL injury.

With Trae Young out, the Bucks might be able to afford a game without Giannis, but should he go down for the remainder of the playoffs, their championship hopes go down with him.
