After a horrible series against the Atlanta Hawks, Ben Simmons could be placed on the trading block. It may be time for the Sixers to consider other options. The question is, does Simmons have high value on the market after his poor playoffs performance? Let's not forget that Simmons is still a high-level perimeter defender and outstanding passer and playmaker. What can they get in return?

3. Minnesota Timberwolves

The Timberwolves could be a team that's on the verge of blowing up their roster as well, with Karl-Anthony Towns and D'Angelo Russell both considered to be on the trading block. Perhaps the Sixers could engage Minnesota into talks centered on Russell, a point guard with range and shooting abilities. For Minnesota, they would get a play-making point guard, who could work well with Towns just like he has with Joel Embiid. It's a far-fetched idea, but the Timberwolves could be somewhat of an ideal trade partner.

2. San Antonio Spurs

The San Antonio Spurs may look to trade DeMar DeRozan and Patty Mills this summer and could look to work something with the Sixers. San Antonio's main goal will be to get younger pieces, and Simmons fits that bill. However, it's uncertain if Philadelphia would be interested in an aging star like DeMar DeRozan, who hasn't found much success in the playoffs throughout his career.

1. Washington Wizards

The Washington Wizards may look to trade either Russell Westbrook or Bradley Beal this summer. So how about a Westbrook-for-Simmons swap? Westbrook and Joel Embiid would make for a monster duo, while Washington would get a younger point guard, who would provide a lot of playmaking and defense. It could be a win-win for both teams because the Sixers would have to add more pieces to the deal that would suffice for Washington and work financially.
