2 TEAMS DAMIAN LILLARD SAID HE WOULD PLAY FOR IN AN OLD TWEET

With Damian Lillard trade rumors heating up, fans all over are making a case for their respective teams. In the most recent one, they have found an old Tweet from 2017 posted by Lillard, who reveals the two teams he would play for if the Portland Trail Blazers didn't want him.



Obviously, Lillard cannot control his destiny since he is still under contract, but it's a good sign for these two teams that they are his preference, outside of Portland.

Lakers and Jazz fans must be happy to see this old Tweet reappear now that there is somewhat of a chance that Lillard is traded. However, it must be a shock to everyone that he would actually pick the Jazz since they are a small market team that hasn't seen much success.


Nevertheless, Portland has a big offseason ahead of them, and the Lillard mumbles aren't going to stop until there is a firm decision made.
